Liquid Labs ("we", "us", "our") is a software consultancy headquartered in Singapore. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data when you visit liquidlabs.agency, contact us, or apply to work with us. We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
1. Personal data we collect
We collect personal data you provide directly to us. When you use our contact form, this includes your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, and the contents of your message. When you apply for a role through our careers page, this includes your name, contact details, CV and any information you include in your application. We also collect limited technical information automatically when you browse this website, such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, through cookies and similar analytics technologies.
2. How we use your data
We use personal data to respond to your enquiries, evaluate and progress job applications, deliver and improve our services, maintain the security and performance of this website, and comply with our legal obligations. We collect and use personal data only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, and we notify you of those purposes at or before the point of collection.
3. Disclosure of personal data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with trusted service providers who support our operations, such as web hosting, analytics and communication tools, under agreements that require them to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA. We may also disclose personal data where required by law, regulation or a valid legal process.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning properly and to help us understand how visitors use it. Most browsers accept cookies automatically, and you can usually adjust your browser settings to decline them. Declining cookies may affect how some parts of the site work.

Under the PDPA, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask how it has been used or disclosed within the past year, and request correction of any error or omission. You may also withdraw consent for our continued use of your data, subject to legal and contractual limits. We respond to such requests as soon as reasonably possible, and generally within 30 days.
7. International transfers
As we work with clients and service providers globally, personal data may be transferred outside Singapore. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure the receiving party provides a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.
